What the audit can tell you

Constraint, clinical variant counts, reviewed UniProt entries, gene–disease provenance and mouse-model evidence remain separate. They are not combined into an importance score.

Protein and constraint joins may use exact symbols. Open a cell to see how it was matched. Missing values do not mean nobody has studied the gene.
