Sources, snapshot and interpretation
PomBase’s human and budding-yeast bulk mapping files omit annotation-level references. Follow the PomBase gene link to inspect current curation. The source budding-yeast taxon (4932) and the resolved Loom S288C taxon (559292) remain separate.
CGD distributes these groups from the Candida Gene Order Browser (CGOB). Species and strain names are retained as supplied, including historical names. Row numbers identify this particular file; they are not stable CGOB group identifiers. Blank cells mean no member is recorded in that cell, and do not establish gene loss.
Source dates come from HTTP Last-Modified headers; release versions are unknown. Retrieval and build dates do not make an older source file current. Unsupported fungal identifiers remain visible without invented Loom pages.
